The Jamia Masjid Boonton offers Islamic educational classes to children in Elementary thru High school every Sunday. AMASIS was established in 2011 to educate the community’s youth about Islam. Classes are run by community volunteers under the leadership of Sister Tahira Bajwa. School is in operation from the beginning of September thru mid-June. The curriculum consists of classes focusing on Islamic studies, Arabic writing, Quranic studies, salah, Quranic memorization and nasheed. There is a minimal one time fee during registration which covers the cost of books and materials used throughout the year.
